Adds camera input for mouse, gamepad, and touch.

With mouse input, the camera controls similar to traditional fps games.

With gamepad input, the right stick will control the camera. The shoulder buttons can also turn the camera.

With touch input, drag on the screen to turn the camera and tap to move.
